Small feet Small boot

Looking for a company that can make me a structure fire boot.  I have searched the web and spoke with many companies and have had no luck.  I wear a size 3 in women or kids however you prefer to look at it.  I currently have a size 4 boot in womens because that's the smallest I have found.  Even though this boot has been better than any other boot I have had to wear because of the size of my feet, I really need a size 3.  Anyone that might have any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated!

Your feet are tiny!  Most manufacturers only start at a ladies US size 4, it might be worth trying to source them from abroad.

You could try these two on-line stores, they both claim to make boots to fit.
