Just wanted to drop a line.  I am the Fire Chief for our Volunteer Fire Department in Mexico.  We are a small department hoping to grow over the next few years.  What we are hoping to find is a sister department that can help us do just that grow.  Fire departments in the USA have so much experience and can really help to have someone who can help us with training and policy questions.

So with just that said, if there is any one who thinks their department might be interested in adopting our fire department, please contact me.
