COATESVILLE, Pa. - A four-alarm fire in Coatesville sent seven firefighters to the hospital early Friday morning.


Officials there said the fire started around 1 a.m.

By the time crews got on scene, the 28-unit apartment building was already engulfed.

It took crews just over an hour to get the fire under control. The American Red Cross says the building has collapsed, and they will be helping the 50 people who were evacuated.

All of the firefighters are expected to be OK.

The fire's cause is under investigation.
