SCBA....is one type really any better than the other

I am just looking for some insite as to whether or not one scba is better then any other, in my FF2 class there are 3 different kinds being used, MSA, SCOTT, and ISI

I use MSA and I am very comfortable with it and have no problems using it, as far as class goes the only advantage I have found is that the ISI is quicker to get on when you are being timed, so like I said, are there any advantages and disavantages that anyone knows of off the top of their head that makes any one better

Joe, since I'm assuming you're not part of a purchasing committee and are just looking for opinions, you could try the following FFN links.
Unsurprisingly this topic has been discussed in great 'detail'
As for the best, I would say it is the one that your department issues or makes available to you because like it or not, it's the one you're going to be using.

almost done with FF2, in Mod C now, just finished ropes and knots
