RIT Equipment and Identification of Team Members

In the October 2009 issue of Firerescue, the article entittled Saving Our Own, there is a photograph with the RIT team members clearly identified with SCBA cylinder covers.  Does anyone know where these covers were purchased, or knows where I can get a few.

NO idea bro But our Technical Rescue team covers rit or F.A.S.T.(NYS Firefighter assist search team) we have red arm bands over our turnout gear coat with F A S T on it and it works well and cheep???
