I have recently had the time to demo www.iamresponding.com and review www.myFFRS.com. Each program has its different features that draw you in, but at the end of the day, they both provide the same end result.

With my company being interested in purchasing some type of response software, I would like to know if your company/department uses one of the following and what are the pros and cons. If you are currently using a different program, please list it with their pros and cons.
