"LightBar Preplanning"

I found this new preplanning app a few weeks ago, and just had to let people know about it. It is the first one that I have come across that is actually functional and easy to use. The other ones out there I have seen are either overly complex, or not functional, or both. It is a map based application that allows you to do preplanning by dragging and dropping icons and image files right onto the map layer.
