DETROIT - A pregnant woman was hurt Wednesday after jumping from the second-story of her burning home.

The fire in the 6500 block of St. Mary's Avenue began on Detroit's west side began around 6 a.m.

Neighbors said the fire started in a car sitting in the driveway and quickly spread to the house.

The woman is expected to be fine.
