Car into Tree,Fatal. Recovery on this one. Remove door and raise dash. Victim was a firefighter from a neighboring dept.

Car hit pole while airborne sideways. 27,000 volt lines down within two feet of vehicle. Removed driver, no injuries.

Most difficult one I ever worked, many years ago now. Full size pickup into pole sideways. Pole impaled truck between bed and box, overturned with roof flat to the doors.Victim under dash lengthways across seat with pole crushing back of cab against his spine. Dash pushed down on top of him... we could not even see anything except his feet when we started. Snow storm, high winds and 12 below zero in water filled ditch. 55 minutes to extricate him. He was home the next day.
