PHOENIX - Firefighters are battling a two-alarm pallet fire at an industrial building in southwest Phoenix.
Authorities say the blaze Wednesday night was being aided by winds gusting up to 40 mph.
Phoenix Fire Department officials say the blaze started about 6 p.m. in stacks of wooden pallets around the building. The cause of the fire was not immediately known and authorities say there are no reported injuries.
About 100 firefighters were battling the blaze, which was declared mostly under control by 8:30 p.m.
Crews were hoping to keep the flames confined to the company's premises where the fire could burn itself out.
