PHOENIX — A huge column of black smoke is rising from a blaze just south of downtown Phoenix.

The fire broke out just before 2 p.m. Tuesday at a location on 15th Avenue housing a paper recycling company.

Phoenix Fire Department officials say there are no reports of injuries from the fire.
