MEADVILLE, Pa. - Emergency crews have been battling a fire and a partial building collapse at the site of a restaurant in northwestern Pennsylvania.
Crawford County emergency dispatchers were unable to provide new details about the blaze reported sometime after 3 a.m. Tuesday at the Meadville Market Scene.
Authorities say the building houses apartments and a restaurant.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or entrapment. It was not immediately clear what caused the fire or whether it started in the restaurant or another portion of the building.
The Erie Times-News is reporting part of the building collapsed after crews began fighting the fire.
