I am tasking myself to put together an open house for a vol dept. It's been a few years since there was one of any significance (most people can't remember it) so there's not much in the way of historical activities.
Just looking to see what everyone else may do. Do you have a written protocol or agenda of your open house events? Public equipment / personnel inspections? Events? Time of the year? How do you get members to participate?
Anything you can share, either in a post or document(s) would be a huge help.
