Occupants Escape Burning Mesa Home
MESA, Ariz. (AP) — Six people escaped from a burning Mesa home Friday morning. KTVK-TV reports firefighters arrived at the home near University and Mesa Drives around 7 a.m.
The Phoenix television station says six people lived in the home and escaped serious injury, although one person was being treated for smoke inhalation.
Fire crews managed to keep the flames from spreading to nearby homes. The cause has not been reported.
