I remember two years ago christmas morning we had a head-on in front of the Hess station, problem was there was no traffic at all on the road yet that morning, people just not paying attention.....

There is currently a working house fire in Astoria Illinois, which is about 45 minutes from where I live. They have at least 5 different departments out on the call. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and all of the firefighters that were pulled away from their families on this holiday. Be safe everyone and have a Merry Christmas.

Last year we had an Apartment fire that spread to 3 other apartments...Started by a new mixer they probably got for Christmas

Our Christmas Day this year started with a car fire at 00:20, then a break and an MVA (no injuries thankfully) at about 16:30 then a hoax call at around 20:30. Could have been far worse, but could also have been a lot better!

Apart from the calls my own particular day was great - as I hope it was for you.
