Just when we thought weekly storms ended in February, we are back at it again.  But this time, it is not snow, oh no, this round it's rain.  Several towns in Passaic County, NJ are still flooded, including a portion of RT 20 in the City of Paterson, and RT 23 at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne.  and in Bergen County, homes and streets along the Ramapo River are still flooded.  The National Weather Service declares this storm a P.D.S. (Potentially Dangerous Situation) and estimates approximately 2-3 inches of rain will fall from Thursday into early Friday.  Rescue crews still drying out their equipment from last week's heavy rain, is setting it right back up again.  The American Red Cross, local and Countywide CERT Teams are standing by for activation orders to set up evacuation stations along the area.

Good luck to all rescue personnel that are working during the storm.
