I didn't say before - but perhaps about six days without some type of call? Hard to know really, I was thinking a couple of weeks ago that everything was nice and quiet, then saw I had seven reports to call in for that week. We don't do EMR.
i think the longest we have waited recently has been a bit over 2 months. But while we were doing nothing the local ambulance service was doing over 5 calls a day

Good to hear someone bring up sleeping dragons waiting to surprise you. Allow me to offer this advice...
If you have plenty of hit points and good resistance, you can probably just stand out there and blast the dragon with spells to cut him down to size. Then pound him with bolts or a weapon to finish him off. This can be done at Fast or even normal speed (though I don't recommend the latter since the dragon could breath twice) and you can do away with the time consuming dragon dance. If you get breathed on and can only survive one breath, duck for cover or teleport away. You can get him later.

2 maybe 3 weeks...then boom boom boom. fire responds to all 10-50's and do get called 4 ems assist sometimes...ems takes care of 3 different fire districts(other two are just smaller very rural area) they run 500+ calls a year. Fire runs around 75 to 80 calls a year, with the other two smaller depts running maybe 30 or so.
We run around 120 to 130 times a year. It is hard to keep members they get bored. We cover about 100 square miles in 2 townships. Even with this we have problems with some equipment that just don't get used enough. We start it every couple of weeks, but that just don't test it that well. Primer oil gets thick, gasoline spoils, batterys go bad and unnoticed...... So make sure you do your truck checks well.
