NJ Fire Training

Just wondering how extensive the training is for NJ, I know different state's are different. I have a few friends in different department's all within Central Jersey.

I am considering Joining, and Have read even if your Volunteer you can still be fired if you don't meet the criteria by the end of the year.

As far as I know, each department usually has their own SOGs about what criteria they want you to meet. One year to get your FFI seems to be the standard though.

Yes and No. Like what Kind of Training how heavy is the dummy etc.
