new station designs

if you could have a new station built what would you like to have in it and or how would you design it

Large sleeping quarters, bigger shower room and bathroom, a large gym big enough to fit 2 rowing machines, 3 or 4 treadmills and 3 or 4 bikes as well as a free weights area and bench and squat racks, full size kitchen so everyone can eat in the same area, and a common room for when days are going by slow to catch up with the news and highlights of sports as well as a pool table/dart board.

hose washer, compressor system tokeep the air pressure up in the trucks.
