LACONIA, N.H. - Fire officials in New Hampshire say no one was hurt in a fire that burned a restaurant across the street from the vintage "Weirs Beach" sign in Laconia.
Firefighters say the fire at the Wide Open Saloon was reported at about 3:30 a.m. Friday. No one was believed to have been inside when the fire started.
The restaurant, formally called "The Smokehouse," is a family steakhouse and bar.
