Hello, my name is Walter, and im a Lieuitenant at a Fire and Rescue department in Mexico, were located 3 hours from el Paso Tx,
and we are in a need of vehicle extraction equipment, now i was wondering if there would be a department interested in selling there 
equipment for a reasonable price, were the most intrested in hurst equipment, and also if someone has a used mini pumper in good conditions
