need help !!!

Hello out there I am in the process of getting info and a presentation together for the county government where I live. See I would like to start a county fire department where paid FF go to help the vollie departments on time or man consumming calls. My plan so far is one truck but would like to incress to more, maybe. Need help in ways to show to the tight wallets of the county government.

you need statistics buddy to justify and document the need... you need to get other groups behind your cause and you need to get publicity at the right time to get the attention of elected officials. if you can find a way to make your county government elected officials to look good, then your half way there.

Dont forget if the paid FF are IAFF there are union rules regarding vol. time. There was a discussion about this a few months ago in FFN
