Need Help

Ok im going to go into the fire academy and i was wondering what other courses should i take with it. Like an EMT class or what i have no idea.

focus on only the academy if possible, don't overload your plate, learn to curb and control your enthusiasm, do more ride-a-longs with both fire and ems as well as some ER time volunteering. you need to expand your experience but not at the expense of not doing well in the academy. it does make a difference. focus!

Thank you i will do that but i talked to someone and they said that most of the calls are EMT
