Just go to your DMV office and ask ,must be a web site for N Carolina... How about your chief.....
I live in NC and as far as i know only chief officers are allowed to have sirens and if they do they have to have 360 degrees of lighting on their vehicles and anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed to run lights in their personal vehicle again your department may have different standards but the last time i checked those were the basic laws or the most important anyways
Thanks man
That is true the reason i wanted to run light's is were i live at is nothing but little country town no street light's at all the road's are really dark and some of the cop's that i hang out with tould me to get light's front and back on my car. One of them said if anything for saftey the way he explained it to me was you have your fire truck's then you ambulance and so on and at the end is my car with nothing he said that people will stare at the light's and with my car having no light's they mite not see it . Also i work alot off of the island so i mite not be able to get to the station before and get the truck's leave . But you are right my car will not do any good at the scene it's not like i have a 2000 gal. tank and hose reel in my trunk lol. But i was just wondering thank you
