Minitor 2 Trouble

Does anyone know where to find a list of the tones for the different stations in Rowan County, NC? Also, what does the crystal look like and how do i change frequencys? My pager has a blinking red lights sometimes and after the frequency if keyed up, the pager makes some beeps, after i push the button on my pager, that stuff stops. Can someone please help me out?

well chanel 1 and 2 are both 154.250, id like to make 1 be 154.250 and 2 be 154.340, Also id like the tones to be set for the station but i dont know what the stations pager tones are...
