Depends I guess you could have everything in it, but at least the basic life saving things, like gloves, gauze, sizzors, cpr mask.

Well in my kit which I ordered off line .. I have alittle of everything... Splints,bandages,scissors,tape,airways.. If you go on line a google emt kits you can get a pretty good look at what is in the kits... To help you with yours...
