Firefighters spent more than three hours battling a four-alarm fire in an apartment complex in Randallstown Sunday night.

Baltimore County fire officials say the blaze was reported just before 9 p.m. Within 40 minutes, it had gone to four alarms and brought more than 100 firefighters to the scene. The fire was declared under control shortly after midnight.

One resident and one firefighter each suffered minor injuries. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Fire officials say at least 36 residents were displaced.

Damage is estimated at between $1 million and $1.5 million.
