HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. - Fire officials say a 60-year-old man has died in an early morning fire in Havre de Grace and a woman who lived with him is in critical condition following the blaze.


The fire began at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, and crews say Keith Dowden was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman who lived with him, 70-year-old Helen Logan, was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Officials are investigating the cause of the blaze.
