POTOMAC, Md. (WUSA) - A fire broke out in the 13300 block of Query Mill Road in Potomac, Md. Wednesday evening.

According to Montgomery County Fire Capt. Oscar Garcia, firefighters were called to the home at 5:21 p.m. They arrived to find fire on both floors of this 2-story single family home.

Fire crews had to call for and bring tanker trucks with them because this is a non hydrant area of the county.

Two people were out of the home unharmed when fire crews arrived. Approximately 60 firefighters were on the scene defensive fire fighting, meaning they could not get inside the home to fight the fire any more.

There is no known cause of the fire yet.
