Looking to start Patch Collecting
Hello All,
My name is Todd and I recently joined a Volunteer Fire Dept. in CT. I've been in EMS for about 10 years. I started collecting patches years agao trading though chat rooms back when AOL was the big thing. Now being on a department I really want to get back into it! Any ideas on how to start it back up. I only have about 30 patches. I may have a double or two but will have to check. Any help with this would be great!! Thank you. Todd

Hey Todd, I've been collecting and trading patches since I got hired on 16 years ago. I've gotten quite a few unique patches on eBay. I've even sold some doubles on eBay. I was able to get a stack of our F.D. patch from my Asst. Chief and as I drive around working my other job, I sometimes stop in at other far away F.D's and trade patches with someone there. Volunteer Depts are more difficult because someone is not always there. Good luck & stay safe!

Get out while you can! Its toooooo expensive.
