I had a creepy experience probably about 10 years ago.

Myseelf and a few friends of mine stopped at the fire house(Noroton Fire Dept.,in Darien,CT),just to kill some time it was around 11pm, we opened the back door and started for the apparatus floor,when all of a sudden we hear the tv upstairs,ok you might be sitting here saying what's so strange about that could be someone watching tv?

well there no cars out back except ours,and the lights were out in the hall way that led upstairs. so the fools that we all were back then decided to go upstairs to take a peek(turn lights on first lol),and we did but slowly,and there was noone there checked bathrooms,kitchen,side rooms nothing,at the same time we were there the channels were changing and the volume was getting louder. Let me express they we all ended up leaving ar once.

Once I got home, I brought this to the attention of my father (who probably thought I stopped off for a beer before heading home),he also was a 38 year member to this fire dept. thinking he could enlighten me on this story. well he said that the first chief was giving a christmas party for the kids of men who were members, got there early to set up etc. dropped dead in the kitchen,they found him later,leaned up against the counter. so I figured this was who was interested in the new gadgets of our time,since the first Noroton Fire dept. was built in the 1800's and was originally across the street.
