Looking for an Ice Water Rescue Patch

Hey everybody. I have recently completed an Ice water rescue certification course and i am looking for a patch for my dept issued jacket. a 3" - 3 1/2" patch that says "Ice Rescue Certified" or Ice Rescue Technician would be great. I have looked all over the internet an cant find anywhere that sells them. any help would be great.

Who did you get your training thru? If it was Dive Rescue they have a patch that you get and so does the one group out of New Hampshire.
