Junior Operational SOPs

Hey guys what are some department SOPs that pertain to you as juniors, explorers or cadets??? and what is the extent to which you are allowed to work on calls

basicallly right now, our Juniors are alloud on all calls, they just can't take the spot of a Sr. Member. They can do about anything but go in a burning house. We currently let them go in and set up fans and overhaul a little after the fires out though
