Interior/ Exterior Firefighters

Just a question do you think there should be exterior and interior firefighters? In my opinion i do.

Don't confuse my support of Exterior Only firefighters with support of the "we're all the same" mantra. Clearly we are not. There is generally a universe of difference between taxpayer-supported fire departments and pancake breakfast-supported fire departments. That's an unfortunate fact of life, but until money starts growing on trees, that's what we have to work with.

As for minimum qualifications: due to circumstances we've already discussed, they're more minimum in some places than others.

some people cannot physically go interior. so our county offers "scene support" which is the exterior ff class. I feel its a good idea to have exterior and interior. Everyone can help in some way.
