Doug, I am sure you are proud of being a volunteer, just as the paid guys are proud of what they do. By adding that you are saying, lets start something between the vollies and paid guys. Just cool your jets.

30 yrs Santo FD, TX. Broken only by 3 yrs USMC at which time worked with CDF for about six months, San Bernadino and Riverside Co.s. Also seasonal for USFS, BLM, NPS since1995. Currently Deputy Chief, fire operations.
