OK Tom. From reading all of your individual replies, I take it that the 'thay' (sic) in your question refers to the driver/owner? You think that because you were on-scene within two minutes of the call and that the truck was fully involved, that the call wasn't placed with 911 until the vehicle was well alight? This happened when fuel costs were very high? From all of this you believe that the fire could be suspicious? You may be right. The police were called to investigate? Or the Fire Marshal? If not then perhaps the incident controller wasn't suspicious. And suspicious is the word I'd be using, not arson - you never know who might be reading the threads on this site.
that is right
