Newer to the service and I'm addicted. Completed FF1/FF2 and the basics in Wildland Suppression this spring. I'm on a small rural POC/VOL department in Northern Minnesota BWCA with a 600 sq mi call service area. We also mutual with a number of area departments/DNR/USFS for wilfire water supply. Love this site!

Thanks Ralph. Yeah, remote is the word. Great opportunity to work with other departments in lots of different situations. Like they say "Our tankers have wings and our tenders have tanks! If you call for tanker, you're gonna get rained on.".
