Hello :)

Hi everyone!

I have been signed up for a while, but this is my first foray into the Forums. I have been in the fire service as a volunteer on the Bellview Fire Department for 8 months, been an EMR for Cherokee County, NC for 4 months. Currently taking EMT classes, and have plans to become a Paramedic.

Just thought I'd say hi to everyone. I have really been enjoying the fire and ems services, and the brotherhood that comes along with both. I hope that this forum will serve as an extension of that brotherhood.

Other than the brotherhood you mentioned, what is it that you like about the fire service?

I love helping people in any way possible. It makes me feel good to know that I've made someone else's life a little bit better. To me, that's really what it's all about.

Welcome brother.
Its good to see a younger member that still maintains the humble attitude and focuses on training. Keep it up and you will go far brother. Take all the training you can get and listen to the officers and the senior members you can learn a lot.
