Grass Trucks
We are going to buy a new chasis for our grass truck 4X4 and use the existing box is this going to fall in the new NFPA 1901 for 2009

Without any punctuation, I had to read this a few times before I realized you were asking a question.
The answer is, I think we'd need more info about your grass truck to say whether or not it would comply with NFPA 1901 (2009). I'm not sure just putting the existing box onto a new chassis constitutes a new apparatus under NFPA 1901.
