We got dispatched for pieces falling off the roof of a building. We get on scene and we get all utilities secured engineers say it's safe so we terminate the response. We get back to quarters not 30 mins later we get dispatched back to the same building for a roof colaspe. Ended up part of the hvac system was damaged and some other damage possibility for a big boom if we didn't have that first call. That's why we got lucky today.
