Good places to work in Texas
Good evening brothers and sisters,
My wife and I are considering a move to Texas in the next few years. I am a Fulltime FF/P and love my job but hate the snow in the northern state we live in. I know nothing about good places to work in texas. Can you give me a few recomendations? I plan on riding with a select few before I test there.
We would like to live near the Dallas area or San Antonio.

I am a volunteer in a small north tx area. I would say check out Denton, Lewisville, Decatur. These are north of Dallas. Southeast of dallas, you might check out Rowlett, Forney, Wylie. God luck.

Some of the best in the DFW area are: Plano, Lewisville, Frisco, Coppell, Arlington and Fort Worth. Near San Antonio I only know of one: Taylor (small). Austin is very good.
