I'm sure this has been discussed before but, I have always had a problem with structural firefighting gloves fitting. I usually have 1- 1 1/2 inches of unused fingertip space. If I try to wear a small...then I can't get my hand in the glove. I've heard there are some better designed for a female's hands....or even cadet sized gloves. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with those....male or female.

look into dragon fire gloves. They are a little less bulky than regular structural gloves but have the same NFPA certs. And if i remember right they go from xsmall to 2 or 3x so your bound to find one you can fit into without having extra room

Try the shelby gloves they make them in cadet size and I think they go down to x-small. I think a couple of the women in my dept either wear the small or x-small

Dragon fire gloves or Protech Fusion and/or Titan are both less bulky than a large majority of the structural gloves on the market with the same NFPA certs. I found the Protech 8 Fusions to be size corrisponding to the UA athletic gloves I wear during the winter when riding the rescue. And with about the same feel which is very rare with a structural glove. Hope it helps!

Try Super Glove, they have about 16 sizes, including gloves with shorter fingers. They are also the best fire gloves I have ever used in my 37 years on the job.

The issue with gloves that I always have is the lining in the fingers come out and when try to get the gloves back on after you take them out your spending time fighting with the gloves to make them right when you should be in the fire spraying water or tearing something up
