My volunteer department recently switched to Globe G-Xtreme turnout gear. In the past we have always used the Gemtor Belts as Personal Escape/Ladder Belts. They no longer seem to work with the configuration of the pants, both the right sided close and the left sided close. We opted to not have the built-in harness' installed, due to the fact that we were told that the Gemtor's would work just fine. Just curious if anyone has any suggestions to try out.
