Most places you are going to get the harnesss are all around the same price.  Best bet is to wait for a convention, depending on where you are from there is one in Baltimore and Massachusetts every year that you could probably get a good deal at.  That is if you can make either of them. 

I loved mine when I had it.  Made for a great ladder belt and a place to carry my rope bag.  It does add some weight but you get use to it really quick.  Just make sure if you do buy one you get the loops put on your pants so that it stays in place and you do not have to re adjust it all the time. 

Never found any cons with it.  It did what it was suppose to.
