Can anybody tell me is there an NFPA standard on having gasoline engines in new apparatus.  I thought I remembered hearing something about a new standard about only having gas engines in trucks under 26000 GVWR????  Can anybody shed any light on this, and if so point me in the right direction as to where I can find this??  Thanks in advance for the help.

Anderson...what does NFPA 37 say?????
Hi Dave,
Governs the installation and use of stationary engines and gas turbines fueled by liquid or gaseous fuels as prime movers for emergency generators, fire pumps, and stand-by and peak power systems. Requirements address system installation, fuel supplies, lubricating systems, engine exhaust systems, control and instrumentation, instructions, and fire protection features.
