Two things jump out at me after watching this video. First, two of them are not wearing headgear and it appears one of them may be in charge of the entry.

Second, a subordinate clearly asks, Is this a closet or are we going to make entry?

And the question goes without a definative response from the supervisor... I hear "a closet and I dunnno" but both are said at the same time. Luckily nobody was seriously injured in this training incident.
