ST. CLOUD, Fla. - A group of children at a central Florida summer camp saw a firefighter get shocked by a power line.

Authorities say the unidentified Osceola County firefighter was putting equipment into a ladder truck when the aluminum ladder touched the power line, delivering an electric shock. He was taken to the hospital but his injuries were not life threatening.

The accident happened Thursday at the Osceola County Sheriff's Adventure Camp at Lake X, a rural location east of St. Cloud.

The 28 children, ages 10 through 14, were not injured.
