I am looking to refi my mortgage throught first responder financial.  Their mortgage program is run through an affiliation with Prospect Lending.

Has anyone used this program/company?  If so, was it a good or not so good experience?  The numbers they have given are the best I have found so far, but I want to be sure I don't pay with crappy service.
