First call of the new year?

Ours went out somtime around 12:30 right as we were begining a poker game it was a first though and somthing ive been trying to push for some training on but alas I get ignored and this is what happens. So normally we recive constant alarm activations from this huge hotel next to our towns main attraction a ski slope well here the situation elevator rescue the bad part is not one person in our company has any idea on elevators, this is what happens when you ignore a problem that will show up sooner or later, well took us about an hour but we finally were able to sucessfully extricate the people trapt. The only thing that really got me on this call was when I walked through the door (a little late came from a town over) I said exactally what to do very clearly and am ignored and after an hour they do it that way without a glance at me o well so intresting call for our new year how about everyone else?

got are first of the year today, reported car fire but ended up being some walnuts that squirrels decided to store in the engine started on fire state police rolled up before we even got toned out and put it out with an extinguisher. NO FUN!!!
