firehouse recipes needed!

Anyone interested in contributing a recipe or two towards a 9/11 10th anniversary cookbook. Proceeds will be going to the "fire family foundation." This is a charity whom helps firefighters, their families and fire victims during their time of need. You can post a message for me on here or go to my firefighter recipe sharing website www.companychow.com and post a recipe there. We have about 130 recipes so far and are hoping to get to 150 before we publish the book

How about a good old Scottish tradition! Haggis Neeps (turnips) and Tatties (potatoes) with a creamy onion sauce.
